The Fredricksburg Iowa Community Economic Development Group is committed to supporting the long-term vitality of our local economy. Our projects and initiatives focus on strengthening existing businesses, creating opportunities for new investment, and improving the quality of life for residents and visitors.

Business Support & Downtown Improvement

Developed the FCDC Second Housing Addition, consisting of 7 residential lots

Improving Quality of Life

Led fundraising efforts and construction of a new medical clinic. The clinic is part of the UnityPoint Health System
